Asta has researched the processes of creativity and intuition for 30 years. She has trained numerous students, professionals and leaders in various fields on the topic for over 20 years. Asta´s doctoral thesis investigated the development of intuition in creative processes. She has written several books discussing the use of intuition as a key factor in high-level expertise, visionary business and radical innovating.

Marjukka is a psychologist, psychotherapist and organizational developer with an artistic background. Her special expertise is in topics related to creativity, leadership, change, work design and community dynamics. Marjukka has worked as an occupational psychologist and coach for over 15 years, supporting thousands of individuals, hundreds of communities and dozens of organizations.

Irene is a multidisciplinary professional in business and communications who has led digital transformation and international growth projects for almost 20 years. She has been involved in building several international communities, and has organized numerous events both domestically and abroad.
